Employers from every sector use our search and selection services. We may be handling a vacancy of interest to you right now - or may do so in the near future. We post most vacancies on this website - and other major websites -and advertise regularly in the HR Press.
How Do We Go About It? Immediately we receive a brief, our first call is to our candidate databases - comprising qualified and/or experienced people from all the backgrounds above who have registered their details with us, so enabling us to make contact when vacancies arise. These people are the first to receive such information, normally be e-mail to check interest, followed by initial telephone discussion about the job requirements and other factors.
In parallel, other candidates will wish to express an interest having seen our website listings and advertising. If you wish to apply for a specific vacancy, please set out in a covering e-mail how you meet the job requirements and selection criteria, as well as your notice period or availability, salary requirements, and you preferred phone number and email contact address (which should be able to receive attachments). We will contact you to discuss your application.
Timescales and Interview Arrangements will vary in line with our selection assignment or candidate search options and the relevant client requirements.
How Do You Register With Us? We receive new vacancies continuously from long-time clients, new ones, and often from candidates themselves seeking to fill vacancies in their own HR team. If you are applying through us for the first time, we may approach you with an invitation to join our database, i.e. the group of candidates we are working with on a regular basis. In addition, we will need from you the details required by the Regulations under which employment agencies and businesses work when registering candidates, as well as a fuller discussion of your interests and aspirations.
Once we hold your details we guarantee that these will not be put forward to a potential employer without your express permission.
